At our house, Friday is the day the kids get to help me bake. These mini cupcakes were done my my 4 year old daughter, who loved dipping the mini cupcakes in chocolate ganache.
I think my 3 year olds son's favorite part was the taste testing. (I liked eating the leftover ganache best.)
These are great...why are we not neighbors? :(
